Judges Do Not make laws!!!!
Our Legislature makes laws! Please someone explain to these Marxist what nation they reside in. If they think that any judge can make a law they should not be a position to hold their office. We still have a Constitution and if they think they can circumvent the long standing and binding rules that our Republic was founded upon then they should be removed from office and furthermore be impeached. I’m sick of this treasonous Democrat Party.
The SC needs to make a judgement that applies to these rogue judges once and for all. They are not allowed to make up ANY laws EVER. Their job is to interpret the laws that were passed by Congress, period. Anytime they try to circumvent the law, they’re out or charges will be brought for failure to uphold the law (and then they’re out with a criminal indictment that they’re facing).

Impeach all the activist judges. Remove their law licenses. Remove all/any judges who were not born in the USA from office. This is getting totally ridiculous. Everyone, regardless of age, that crossed our border(s) illegally and/or overstayed their visa needs to be removed from this country. Why is it so difficult to understand ‘illegal is illegal’!

I don’t know what it will take for SCOTUS to get of their collective asses and stop these Commie ‘judges’ from making their own laws by judicial decree.
