China took the steel off of our hands so fast that it couldn’t be tested for explosives. China brought that steel back to China and weaponized it, downgraded it to garbage steel and sold it back to the USA through Canada as top grade steel and it was purchased for our infrastructure, bridges, buildings, overpasses, etc. So, Canada has NOT been our friend when it comes to pushing goods from China as their own.
