  1. Well, the Charles Dickens story A Christmas Carol was written in England, so it stands to reason the mayor’s real name is Scrooge. In his case the only ghost that should bother showing up is the one who shows that Scrooge his death. The other 2 ghost need not bother because that Islamic POS mayor is a hopeless case.
