If all this is true, why did Fox News cave so easily, and pay nearly $1B to Dominion/Smartmatic?
Dirty courts. Everything was clean as a whistle. Dirty lawyers would make sure no real evidence would be seen in court. So, “say uncle now” and pay 1/2 the damages. Or go and lose in court, and pay it all. If you can’t prove things in court, you pay the Piper. Just like went Trump went into the dirty Kangaroo Politics in New York. It was already decided before he walked it. And nobody could lift a finger!
The only way that the DOJ will act is if Trump orders them to act. They don’t have the guts to do it on their own. Trump set the stage on how to act towards the Demonrats and I would have thought they would have been able to do their job better than this
